Hey guys whats up.A couple months ago,I started on a fat burner. I think it was called ThermoDynamax.Well it was cool for a while but I got these major headaches big time. So I stopped taking it for a while.Well I started up again and I got those same headaches again. And I was taking the reccomended dosage. I want to try a new fat burner, but I really dont want the headaches. Anyone have any ideas? Is it me?The product? All help is appreciated.

Headaches can be caused by your blood vessels either dialating or constricting. Caffeine will cause them to constrict, most likely your fat burner has caffeine in it, i've never seen one that doesn't. You may just be very sensitive to either caffeine in general, or the specific type of caffeine in the fat burner you were taking.

drink alot of water with fat burners....many of them diuretics which can dehydrate you and cause headaches. This could be a sign dehydration, which will also minimize the effects of the fat burner. Drink alot of water when on these fat burners....alot of water is always good. Right now, I am on hydroxycut hardcore and I my bodyfat % is dropping, unlike when I was on the original effedra free Hydroxycut. With a sound diet, excercise plan, and ample water intake, your fat burners will give optimum results.

regular hydroxycut used to give me the most debilitating headaches after a while. freaking insane. only happened when i would go to work out. after a set or two the headache would hit, my hearing would go, vision would blur / tunnel vision. almost passed out once or twice.

Seems to me that your sensitive to stimulant type fat burners.

To avoid the headaches, I would go with a non stimulant type fat burner.
