I would go with NOW ADAM. It is reasonably priced and has good dosages for its ingredients

the cheapest you can find, don't worry about it, you should be eating well enough to be getting what you need regardless. Most of the amounts in multis are miniscule compared to what you want anyway.

A good multi is one of the most important things when lifting. Why get the cheap underdosed ones when you can get a good one?? Makes no sense.

ya ok what do most multis have, 60mg of vitamin C? ya that's really gonna help. All that is, is enough to prevent scurvey. You're part of the group who forget food has vitamins and minerals. But continue wasting money on a multi, I'm sure your gains will be amazing because of it

My multi has 300.00 mg of vitamin C.
The cheap ones like you get only have 60.

ya, there's barely any difference, I supplement with extra B and C, and a bottle of 500 1g vit C pills costs ~15 bucks. 300mg of vitamin C is nothing.

You make a solid point, and for the most part, I agree. Many people tend to forget that a lot of fruits and vegetables are very high in vitamins, however, I feel a multivitamin is a staple in the bodybuilding diet. It's just that, like you said, multivitamins tend to be overrated.

You know it is highly debated if our fruits and veggies have enough anymore.
I have read studies that state there are less in them now then there were 20 years ago. And sometimes it is hard to get all your fruits and veggies in. So i multi is a good way to supplement you dificencies.

^^ My point exactly. I feel that fruits and veggies are so chemically grown anymore that they infere with the actual biological processes.

just buy NOW Adam, seems to be the most popular cheap multi. Or go to walmart and buy whatever generic brand they have. Have a V8/V8 Splash if you're so worried about vitamins/minerals

1 thing I would be picky about is trying to avoid one with iron, men don't need it and it can easily become toxic

it may be psychological but i definetly feel more "solid and healthy" after taking NOW adam vs centrum. if you do go with a cheap multi stay away from centrum.
