i noticed a large can of chicken breast packed in water (i think 5 oz but i dont remember exactly) had 5 servings, 10 grams of protein each , with I think like .5 Gram fat per., or something like that. so itd be 50 grams for that can, has anyone tried this? i just wonder how canned chicken tastes :-/ lol

i wasnt going to stock up on cans and replace my real chicken with, its just easily accessible and is canned and ready to go, isnt it precooked too and just ready to eat? i figured it would be good for taking to my college and eating during class... i already do this with tuna but eating 2 cans every day for months is started to become dull...and im the kind of person that likes tuna! so i figure maybe i will take chicken cans to class, and mix it up a little bit between the chicken and tuna when im on the go
