    Weight gain shake before bed?

    im 164 lbs 14%bf
    Looking to bulk up, home made weight gainer from whey oatmeal and milk.
    626 calories
    65.9g carbs
    57.8g protein
    15.3g fat

    Is it ok to drink before i go bed?

    If your bulking, I say, go for it! if you feel after a week you are putting on a bit more fat then you'd like to then consume a smaller portion before bed.
