Give the details of tournament, length of rounds, length of rest, number of rounds, your style, etc. Cardio!
It's spoze to be hard. That's why they call it a workout.

Are you doing sparring, Kata, Weapons etc??? If you are doing sparring, practice you techniques for 30 minutes, then do bag work for 30 minutes, after that spar with other people in your class for 30 minutes. make sure that you spar with people of all shapes and sizes. One approach is to mimic the pacing of your fight. If you have two-minute rounds with one-minute breaks, for instance, train your cardio in that manner, resting completely during the break. This will train your body to recover quickly in that brief time.

Your fight's very soon, and there's not much time left to develop much. At a certain point, you want to focus on drilling technique only.
It's spoze to be hard. That's why they call it a workout.
