T'is an Aussie thing I think???
They are addictive... especially with honey and warm milk so they go all gooey and sweet... Add some nana and they are magical.
Also, oddly enough, occasionally used as a substitute for bread (eg: spread with honey or jam... or topped with vegemite and a slice of cheese).
But I think this should be Pete's next challange!! --> "How many do you do"?
Take 15 boxes of weetbix, a few liters of milk, and a bit of honey and it should do the trick...

Low fat mozzarella. It's a little rubbery but because it's lowfat I can afford to eat a lot more of it. If you can get fit full fat mozzarella into your macros then by all means do it cos it will def be more delicious.
As for the crust, you can use any whole wheat pita or flatbreads that you can find. If not, WW bread slices would do fine too

It's not bad at all, in fact it makes brown rice taste so much better.
Try this recipe (a little complicated but worth the effort):
- In a small pot, stir fry slices of ginger and one whole crushed garlic(with skin).
- Once the ginger and garlic start turning fragrant, add your brown rice and stir fry for about 2-3mins.
- Now add a little hot water, and chicken bouillon, then cover and allow the rice to cook
- Every now and then check the rice and stir it to prevent it from sticking to the base, and if it's starting to dry, add a little more water.
- Keep doing the above step until the rice turns soft (usually takes about 20-30mins)

Right, that's a challenge to be done!
I can pick up 48 Asda Own Wheetabixs for ?2 which are exactly the same as normal ones right down to the decimal point in the nutrition calcs.

Hrm, just experimenting here and this is excellent and this is big no lie, if you make it split it in like 2-4 through the day or just make it small.......aswome cheesecake texture even tho no cream cheese, its not a "cheese cake" cause theres no cream cheese but it is a cheese cake lol its great heck alto cheaper to make then with FF cream cheese too yet same results and slightly better macros. Same taste almost which is very yy creamy and thick and good mmm.
Macros(Plain Pie)----
Calories-893
Protein-160g
Carbs-46g
Fiber-0
Fat-5g
Delicious Chocolate PB Cottage Cheese Pie
1,164g Fat Free Cottage Cheese
168g Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
16g Unflavored Gelatin(2 packets)
2 Tea Spoons Stevia Extract Powder(**Probally like 1/2 Cup or more of Splenda if you use that)
8oz Water
--------
Huge Pie Dish(or 2 small 9x9 ones)
Reese Pourable Peanut Butter
Herhsey Kiss
Took the all the CC and pureed it in my giant food processor (comes out like a thick cream)then put in a big bowl and combined it with some SF Chocolate Syrup, a few tsp stevia, and mixed with a spoon. Had 1 Cup water to a boil and mixed in and dissolved the gelatin then slowly poured it into the bowl while beating it into the CC....once mix I Poured all of that into the giant pie dish and put in the Fridge overnight to hard set. Then i took it out, and put on a drizzle of Chocolate Syrup and then a pouring of Peanutbutter n a Kiss.
mmmmm so thick rich and creamy
Puree CC
The cottage cheese is like cream
Batter
Done
