    How long does it take most people to get back into ketosis after a carb loading day?

    I did my first carb load on saturday and Im back in ketosis today.

    I cut all carbs out sunday and this morning with the exception of maybe 10 carbs total that were hidden in some foods.

    I used a keto stick to test myself just a sec ago and Im showing trace but Ive never shown anything but trace so I guess thats sufficient. I read somewhere that you either have them or you dont and the darkness of the test doesnt really mean anything bc drinking water and time of day can throw the test off.

    Just curious how long it takes others. Anyone?

    I carbed up for 12 hours on friday and i was back in as of this morning.

    That includes 1 hour of basketball and 2 times playing racketball.

    I always find it hard to get out of bed. Its a constant battle as goes the life of a college student. But yea, i find monday mornings to be the hardest and as the week progresses it gets easier and easier to get up for class.
