Everytime I eat I feel like I'm about to gag the whole time. WTF is wrong with me?

Yeah so everytime I eat I feel like I'm about to gag. I don't know what the **** is wrong with me. My diet pretty much consists of nothing but muscle juice because of this.

This happens with EVERYTHING I eat. I always have to force feed myself.

Even when I'm really hungry and want to eat something this still happens.

Might go see a doctor or something I don't know. This force feeding **** is getting OLD as hell.

This happen to anyone else or what?

does it feel like it gets stuck in your throat kinda and it makes it hard to swallow/u want to gag? i know a buddy who had this problem. i forget the medical term, but your esophogas (throat) is lined with muscles that fire in a specific order to move the food you have chewed to your stomach. well the muscles in his fired out of order causing him to feel like the food was "stuck"/ make him gag. if it is that big of a problem try taking very small bites and chewing very well and i def see a doctor if this sounds like its your problem, gl

Ugh I do that with breakfast, thinking of it makes me want to vomit. I think it's because I'm getting tired of eggs, losing the taste for them. I think I'm going to start having chicken for breakfast, I love me some chicken.

I force feed myself almost every single breakfast. It's horrible but i don't like starting the day on a negative (as in skipping a meal).

I've thrown up maybe 5 times because of this problem as well. Like 2 pieces of toast and BAM, I am over the toilet. ****s everything up, I can't eat anywhere near what I used to.

edit: I feel like gagging the whole time I am chewing the food and when I swallow it as well.

u probably feel like gagging when ur chewing it cuz u know ur gonna gag when u swallow it, kind of a mind thing, but yea id def check into it, hope everything works out for you, and yea the doc did something for the kid i knew but i dont know what it was

I have this exact same issue, especially in the mornings when the mess hall serves breakfast at 6 during the week and it's my only time to eat before noon (dat dere service academy life).

I try and structure my schedule so I lift right before showering and changing back into my uniform for dinner, a big appetite helps me get in large quantities of "muscle juice" and quality macros.

Small protein-rich snacks every 2 hours or so are your friends, but my favorite crutch is 2 glasses of chocolate milk at every meal, especially breakfast. It's the best thing the mess hall serves here, and helps me hit my macros no matter what they feed us.

I have this same problem, things I've noticed which help was weed and every bite I would wash it down with water.

I'm having the same problem since a couple of months back. Literally force feeding every meal. I eat slow like a turtle and even have to reheat the food at times because it gets cold before I finish srs

Hmmm I don't have quite the same problem but similar.

I often eat some food and then immediately feel really sick and vomit. Ive vomited about 25 times now in the last couple of months. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't, there are no other symptoms. I have been to see a doctor a while back and I had blood tests done as well as a small physical exam. Everything seemed to be fine so she sent me away and told to call back if it continues. It's continued so now I'm going to see a paediatrician.

Also I have the same thing at breakfast. Just never feel hungry and struggle to eat. The most common cause is due to a dry throat. Try and use your tongue to lick the upper mouth as this triggers your salivary glands.
