4-5 times a week apparently can lower your testosterone levels by a significant amount in the long run from what I’ve read but what do you guys think in terms of psychological and motivational perspective does it have negative effects?

I've had more experience with this topic than I'm willing to admit. Long story short, porn and masturbation will only take away from the other things that are going on in your life. You only have a finite amount of physical and mental energy, and that energy should be spent building healthy habits and relationships. I can tell you this, it will take away from your gains. Quit watching porn and jerking off and you will feel full of masculine energy 24/7 and this will carry over into every aspect of your life.

It doesn't lower test. But, after jerking off most people(including myself) don't feel really motivated to get **** done and that can have an impact on your gains if you masturbate right before going to the gym... TLDR: if you don't want it to affect your motivation/energy/strength(?), just masturbate after your workout.
