i make my own pizza (base and all) and i have one once every fortnight, sometimes once a week... its just cheese and tomato, simple as that... now as im cutting do you think this is a bad thing to do ??? i mean i use skim cheese that is 60% fat free, for every 75g that i use its only 7g of fat and about 4 saturated.. besides that theres nothing that is fatening so is this pizza fine or no?

yeah exactly as i thought, i mean it consits of literally just a tablespoon of sugar, tbs of yeast, water, 2 cups of flour, tomato paste and grated skim cheese... cheese would be the only thing with any significant degree of fat in it, and bein skim its fairly light.. i worked out about 7-8g of fat in what i use. thats total, saturated is even less...

fortnights own
as for the pizza - its good to see that you make your own, I encourage that. Use the most whole-grain flour you can find though I suppose. Most people dont mind eating wheat so I guess you dont either. Post some pics of your pizzas in the meals photo thread dude5'11", 187lbs, 19 y/o
