Contest Prep for Missouri
whatup..i am planning on doing the missouri state championships in july (july 19)...im coming down from 282...weighing about 263 right now..i started my diet regimen at 26 weeks out..right now i am doing one 45 min cardio session at night..appx 7 hours after my weight training. This is what my diet has looked like for the past 5 weeks. I am 21 weeks out.
Meal 1: 7 oz chicken breast
1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: PWO shake-75 g whey isolate,
39 g cytocarbII
Meal 3: 7 oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4: 7 oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 5: 7 oz chicken
1/4 cup brown rice
Meal 6: 7 oz chicken
1 cup broccolli
Meal 7: 75 g whey isolate
Protein: 377.5 g Carbs: 150 g
I don't really know where I'll end up weight wise but prolly somewhere high 220s, low 230s.
