Contest Prep for Missouri

whatup..i am planning on doing the missouri state championships in july (july 19)...im coming down from 282...weighing about 263 right now..i started my diet regimen at 26 weeks out..right now i am doing one 45 min cardio session at night..appx 7 hours after my weight training. This is what my diet has looked like for the past 5 weeks. I am 21 weeks out.

Meal 1: 7 oz chicken breast
1 cup oatmeal

Meal 2: PWO shake-75 g whey isolate,
39 g cytocarbII

Meal 3: 7 oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 4: 7 oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 5: 7 oz chicken
1/4 cup brown rice

Meal 6: 7 oz chicken
1 cup broccolli

Meal 7: 75 g whey isolate

Protein: 377.5 g Carbs: 150 g

I don't really know where I'll end up weight wise but prolly somewhere high 220s, low 230s.

So you have completely taken all fats out of your diet aside from what you are getting from your chicken already? And you are only getting 1 green veggie per day? I think theres a few things that could use some fixing in there bro especially this far out.

Id throw a green veggie in just about all of those meals aside from #2 and 7. Any maybe just a little bit of olive oil on those veggies to keep a small amount of fat in your diet. I think itll help in the end for fat burning.

alright alright i am taking fish oil to get some essential fats in there and whatnot. i started at around 20% bf so thats why i kinda eliminated alll fats but ill take ur advice. thanks
