I am switching from this crappy low carb didet to keto based on how im loosing more muscle than fat, I have lost about 3 ilbs of muscle in three weeks, vs my guess is about 2 ilbs of fat. My point is, how long will it take to regrow the lost muscel once I am done dieting? a guy at my gym says about 2 weeks while others say like 2 moths....what have your experiences been, does muscle memory exist?

yes it definatly exists...in my experiance at least. I quit lifting for like 6 months about a year ago and when I got back into training I was back to my old size level in a month or so

it exists, but it will take more than 2 weeks
hah, for 3pds of muscle...hardly. it took me 2weeks, maybe closer to 3, hard to remember, but i threw back on a lot of my weight and size quickly. i'd say 95%. then the other 5% came back in another week or two, and i took a harder hit than he's takingBooo

It exists but not the way most people would think it does, for example muscle shock, excersize shock, all that is bull****. Many people will disagree but its much simpler than most think.
However it is correct that gaining weight that youve lost is very quick, some people gain 10-15lbs a couple weeks back to training after theyve lost it. Its like beginner gains all over again.Need info on abbreviated training? Follow the link below!

No muscle memory is not a myth. It has happened over and over again for me. All competitive bodybuilders have experienced it also.
