    Cardio

    Is it ok to do cardio the day after you work out legs? or must you recover?

    you should do whatever you can handle without feeling sick. the more you do the more your body adapts. it depends how well conditioned you are but i have a feeling since youre even asking this question youd be able to handle it. do whatever you can

    Yes it is, I would actually recommend it.....It helps me if my legs are sore, ill go run or something and they will feel much better

    Yep, if you can. I know when I try to run the day after legs I am slow as hell and it is brutal, but my legs seems to hurt much longer if I baby them and take time off until they feel better.

    HIIT probably won't be too effect, but low intensity aerobic exercise can actually faciliate the recovery process as long as it doesn't place an additional inroad into recovery.
