Thanks to all those that will be following this log, this looks like it will be my most subscribed one to day.
bodebldr2000, my original plan was to try and embed a flash document so once I finished my log people could use that to navigate pictures, watch my diet and weight/bf % and other vitals. I wish spring break was longer so I had more time but yeah...
BigNorg, I wish I was going to NYC in the summer, haven't been there in 4-5 years now. I have other plans for this summer like working and school

It's Official
In order to truly gauge the efficacy of this stack, MN and DS have teamed up to sponsor these 15 logs. As you are all likely aware, the products being utilized in these logs aren't especially cheap. In order to ensure the best quality assessment possible of this stack, a bonus incentive.
The challenge will simply be "best log." This will be based on style, updates, dedication, and subjective/objective content. Update daily, every other day, 5 times a day, your choice. Post pics, don't post pics, your choice. Your peers will be your judge, not I.
We're looking for quality and creativity here, not lies. Results don't matter. If you think the products are terrible but you keep the best log, you win. Whether you gain 15lbs of LBM, lose 10lbs of fat, or see no change whatsoever, If you update once week, you probably won't win. If you just say "good workout" you probably won't win.
At the end, all 15 people will be asked to vote for their FAVORITE log (without voting for themself) and the winner will take the prize:
Tell them what they're playing for
From DS: Your choice of 1bottle Melting Point and 1 bottle Basic Cuts or 1 bottle Glucophase XR and 1 bottle Basic Cuts.
From MN: An X-factor t-shirt and anything else they may wish to include.
Here's looking for some good logs.

March 22, 2006 - Day 1
Triceps, Shoulders
Weight: 188 lbs (+0.00lbs)
Summary: Received my XF in the mail today in the morning. I weighed myself first thing in the morning at 6:00am and weigh 188 lbs. What a wonderful day to start XF log, I just found out Sprouts sells Peanut Butter/Cashew Butter/Almond Butter for $1.99!
Noticed a lot of vascular lately due to the heat I figure. I’ve been downing a bit more food than usual and added some junk food here and there. Lets see if XF can keep me lean. I should be able to post pics over the weekend.

Love the foods your eating man! The soreness will increase a bit, well it did for me anyway. I often felt "beat up" but when i look at my latest pics and compare to a month or two ago...its all worth it. Keep up the great work!

When I started lifting I hated eating solid food in the morning. I could barely get down 2 eggs and some oats. These days I chow it down...
