Pros
I can gain and lose weight very easily, been making great gains these last 2 months.
Gigantic calves. I don't do calf work (I should!) and they're 17.5".
I could do bodyweight squats and my legs would still grow. They're awesome.
Naturally fast, did well in HS track.
Good height of 6'2".
Cons
I can jump as high from a standing posit. as I can with a running start, body structure's just like that, part of why I had to give up basketball.
Forearms seem to be relatively weak, but I'm not sure if that's genetics or not yet.
Traps
No vascularity, aside from some in forearms.

Pros-I was blessed w/some awesome triceps and calves...can gain weight pretty decently and drop moderately...Got short genetics from my dad, but he is pretty bulky so his genetics will tranfer to mine.
Cons-Wide waist, big butt, most fat is transfered to stomach or thighs X("Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Goals: 160lbs SHREDDED.

Cons: **** shoulders , arms are thin-ish, not much seperation or development (im only 15), gain most of my fat in ass and belly"The body is like a structure, you have to build it from the bottem up... to bad I didn't know that when I started -.-"

i started off pretty week. i have extremely long arms and extremely short legs. i have an unreasonably low amount of bodyfat, causing me to have bulging veins everywhere. I like it but some people think its gross. My biceps grow in strength at an unstoppable rate lol problem is i can never buy new dumbbells to keep progress moving. no matter how strong i get, i fear i will never have decent pecs. not sure if its genetics but i fear i will always have gyno. i am naturally freakishly good at mountain biking (i started when i was 4) i had a severe case of a genetic disease in 3rd grade (HSP) that landed me in a wheelchair for quite some time and i had pathetically weak legs as a result. So weak i had to walk around with a walker like a ****in old person for a year. ive recovered but im sure my legs would be stronger had i not had this problem and a few others (i have no way to find out because i cant do squats, i dont have the right gear at home or a gym membership). and... thats about it with my genetics. on a scale of 1-10 i would give them a 7.5

anyway.. my parents are short.. and i'm a bit tall.. and my bodyfat is real low.. i dunno.. all i can say is that my abs have always been there no matter what i eat... and my pecs are seperated a bit... i'm happy with my genetics.. but screw them anyway.. we all have to work for it... and for those *******s who dont (**** you!)
