Positives, negatives. overall rating for BBing (if thats your goal)
me-
positives- can gain muscles mass VERY quickly with relativly low calories for my bodyweight. i can manipulate my fat gain as well easily, and drop fat even faster without losing muscle. delts/back/arms/traps are my strong points.
negatives-
very prone to stretch marks. i gains 5lbs anywere and ill get them, but they fade out fast to. my chest blows balls, its very small in comparison to my weight. my strength to weight ratio is also not to amazing. also vascularity isnt to great. even tho im not low BF, still could be better

pros-gaining muscle easily while eating fairly low amounts of calories
shed fat fairly easily as well
triceps and glutes
not extremely hairy
cons-abs dont show at 10% bf
only 5'9...lol
avg vascularity

Pros- Vascularity in arms, if you count this as a +
Cons- Long arms for benching
The problem is I don't know what is genetics and what is my training routine.
Must be pretty good though b/c my dad deadlifted 650 squatted something like 620 benched something like 450 while not on roids.Last edited by liftsmart709; 02-17-2008 at 07:05 PM.

Pros:
-Natural "peaks" on biceps
-Large calves / quads
-Vascularity is good, will be better once I drop BF%
-Can drop weight easy/build muscle decently
Cons:
-Fat stored in the most annoying places ( belly, lower back, love handles )
-Very prone to stretch marks. They fade and turn white, and in the summer I can tan other them, but in the winter they look terrible.
-I'm super hairy, and its uneven and patchy, not to mention the hair is BLACK, not brown like the hair on my head, so it contrasts big time with my white skin in the winter. ( Good thing my cousin owns a salon so I get free waxes. If I don't have to pay its worth the pain, IMO [especially if you're really hairy] )Gain Muscle

Hmm.. definitely above 6/10
I can put on muscle rather easily and have wide shoulders and a tendency to be muscly (lookin at family). My bodies ratios of size naturally are quite good.
Cons are that I put on fat quite easily (and ALL around the stomach area), wide hips (hate it) and kinda small forearms/calves.-->>MMC<<--

Pros: Very high metabolism, never had a problem with fat no matter what I ate.
Vascularity
Hugely long reach
Good facial structure
Very intelligent (I think it's genetic because both myself and my dad have Mensa IQ's)
Both Mum and Dad look extremely young for their age. Dad gets carded at liquor stores occasionally, and is 50 years old.
No bald relatives, very thick, soft hair.
Cons: Very ectomorphic. Extremely hard to gain weight.
Long reach means spidery limbs
Short torso
High chest
Very prone to ugly ass moles
Scar very easily, so moles aren't cosmetically removable
Mixed blessings, I guess.

Pro - Vascular like a mother uffer. Arms are blizzaoh, and my calves have veins in'em. Back grows very nicely: lats, and lower portion, etc. Triceps are thiiiick.
Cons - CHEST. Chest. and Chest again. Biceps don't grow too great, but they've overcome a plateau the past month.
I really dont consider myself having that great of genetics. Then again Ive never went on a full out bulk like I have been the past few months...so it's been difficult guaging my exact gains and where I stand.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

pro- im italian, my legs and shoulders grow fast, i have pretty good vascularity for my bf, can gain lean mass at a good rate with proper diet
cons- my chest and biceps dont grow that fast, i gain fat easily lose it slow, store fat in my low back/abs

Very strong+large legs
Great stamina (long-distance running)
Sprinting
Little fat buildup on upper body+abs (mainly on thighs)
Intelligence (gifted class with high avg in school)

Weak chest (started with horrendously low bench)
Terrible flexibility

Pros-calves look pretty big(fathers are almost at the 20 inch mark),naturally thick chest and back,broad shoulders,solid quads,pretty decent vascularity without being at a low bf%,dense,have the v-shape and prone to x- shape with the work(of course)
Negatives-if I get sick I just lose weight like crazy(but thats prolly everyone),quads need to be completely trashed to grow aswell as hammies,arms measure skinny but look big for the most part and are extremely hard to grow, wide hips, and the damn stretch marks on the bottom part of my ass to my hammies!(ok I love these just wanted to gloat)
