    Unhappy Hydroxycut Max and Creatine

    I was taking Hydroxycut Max for about a month before I started taking Creatine. I stopped the hydroxycut because I wasn't sure if I should or could mix the two supplements. Since I got off the hydroxycut I've had a lot more of an appetite. Is it safe to mix the two? Should I keep with the creatine? I also don't eat meat and I've been trying to get protein from nasty protein bars that do nothing but make me sooooo bloated I can't even workout!! Should I start drinking proteins shakes? And what kind would be the best? HELP!!! I have a competition in May and I've got 20lbs to lose in FAT and gain in muscle!!

    i've been taking hydroxycut max and creatine.

    i take my hydroxycut max in the morning before my am cardio, for energy because i usually get up at 5am. I personally only take two pills instead of the three dosage, only because two works well for me and three makes me too jittery. i don't take the afternoon dosage usually if i know i want to get to bed early, which i'm usually asleep by 9pm.

    but sometimes i'll pop one an hour before i know i'm going to lift at the gym.
    i also take my creatine and L-Glutamine before i leave for the gym as well.
    my current creatine of choice is Krea-a-fem. no bloating, no loading. i like it so far. just make sure your drinking at least a gallon of water a day, especially when using creatine, so it can do it's job and pull water into those muscles.
    post workout, i take another dose of kre a fem and l-glut and some amino acids for recovery.
