About a month ago, I was doing Shrugs with a Barbell, picked up 315 from the floor and felt 3 pops in my far lower back. Next morning, felt allright. Haven't deadlifted in a month. Today was first day back with deads, hit 365 for 5 pretty easily, then move on to 405. Start pulling, half way up, same thing happens, felt 3 popping noises, kinda feels like your back getting cracked, excpet it soar as hell. Just wondering if anybody can clue me in on what the hell is going on, not too happy right now. Thanks.
