Hi il would like to gain some mass il have done a lot of reading on the BB forum and i have made a conclusion of witch supplements il will take.
Multi / vit : Orange Triad.
Fish oil : PFO Pure fish oil ( one teaspoon a day ).
Muscle Milk: Before sleep.
Meal replacement : Optimum 100% Whey ( 4 am ).
Meal replacement 10 pm : Tri-O-Plex Bars.
Is this a good list of sups ? Do il need to add some greens maybe ?
