I love Caseins for 2 reasons....

1) the way it mixes up into a rich, thick consistency that you almost need a spoon to eat with. not only delicious but also MUCH more filling than regular whey...Casein keeps me satisfied and the hunger pangs at bay for hours and hours! while at the same time providing a slow, steady stream of nutrients and aminos for my body and muscles to utilize...keeping me in an anabolic state. I always try to keep some type of Casein on hand and it would be wonderful for my next batch to be of UNIVERSAL quality.

2) its versatility when used in ways other than shakes.
