yeah its the only place too.. it sucks.. abs still are comin in so im not complaining lol i can see the top 3/4 ish lol

a sock, and my dogs chew bone thingy, and i hope i dont have to go past 188-190 but if i have to get a full 6 pack then i will!
hell yeah man.. right now im prolly consuming 3800-4000 cals close to 250g protein 300g carbs and less than a hundred fat.. on cut ill prolly get 2800-3k cals and up the protein to 300g and add in 4 days of cardio.. hopefully it wont take more than 6 weeks to get to 10 %Georgia Bulldogs/Orlando Magic/Miami Dolphins/UCF Knights/BoSox
