    Multiple HIIT Sessions

    Is it okay to do multiple HIIT sessions when cutting? I alternate days - one day cut, one day cut/bulk(to preserve LBM while cutting).

    So it doesn't matter how many times per day, as long as I only do it three days a week? I'm trying to cut and keep LBM.

    No, it does. Once a day. Treat this just like a lifting session.

    Doing this so many times a day will not keep LBM, but kill it.

    Ah, I see. Can I supplement the HIIT with moderate or low intensity cardio or just leave it be?

    If you want to do 30 minutes in the morning, and then 30 minutes after lifting, that's fine, but do not do HIIT on that same day.

    Cardio isn't everything. Your diet is the real deal breaker when it comes to this game.
