    DDR For Cardio?

Anyone else do DDR (dance dance revolution) for cardio? Works great. High intensity (If you're good) and much more interesting than treadmill.

after watching 200+ people crowded around that God forsaken machine on a friday night 'challenging each other' like a buncha nerds from the days of dungeons and dragons or those damn magik trading cards...i have absolutely no respect for anyone who does that - good cardio or no...go play a sport

Haha, cool to see someone else have the idea of doing it. I don't own DDR, but I do it for my cardio workout as often as possible with my friend (it hasn't been too often as of late). It is good for cardio health and losing weight. Say doing Max 300 on heavy... that's some VHIIT (going fast for a min and 30 seconds, holy ****).
Screw my logs, I won't post one up until I know I'll be back in the game for sure!
