    I just started this

    Day 1
    Chest, Calves, Biceps

    Day 2
    Delts, Traps, Hamstrings

    Day 3
    Back, Triceps, Quads

    My goal is to have less rest time instead of doing things once every 7 days, and to go with higher reps of 12,10,8 and less sets only 9 per major body parts, to flush more blood into my muscles, and get a greater pump. So far so good. Has anyone else tried a 3 on 2 off split?
