Hi, My question is. What can i mix with 100% Whey Protein other then water? I first tired Cookies N' Cream which i really hate!! but now i`m taking Delicious Strawberry.. With i really like, well better then the Cookies and Cream.. The Strawberry taste is really annoying me wich has a little bitter taste.. Anyone could help? thanks in advance.

whatever you want really. I would do it with fat free milk. Orange juice i guess. If your an alcoholic, go for it, some voldka or coors light. lol. Whatever liquid you want. Obviously water and milk best but do whatever.

I disliked the cookies and cream as well. Now I stick with either chocolate or vanilla. To me every protein shake tastes better in milk as opposed to water so as long as you aren't a few weeks away from a competition, go with the milk.

I can't stand ON if its not in milk, Nectar is the only one that I can drink in water.

Thank you guys soo much for your input.. I currently mix my Whey protein with Soy Milk Vanila.. Taste way way way better then with Water..

Jay Cutler says when he gets flavors that he doesn't like, he mixes them with diet mountain dew. Probably wouldn't taste too bad with strawberry.. not sure i'd try it with chocolate tho.

dude On;s taste great!!!!!!!!!! with water try chocolate/rocky road but other than that try using milk or a banna with it

I use just water. Every great while I use nonfat or skim milk. Rocky Road and choc is my fav.

skim milk is so much better tasting than water, in my opinion at least. If you have skim milk your adding few calories, more protein, and no fat anyways im sticking with the milk.

Skim milk is the way to go there is no way that I could ever drink regular milk any more.

I mix one scoop of ON 100% Whey in about 6oz of water mostly. However, sometimes, after a heavy workout, I might mix two scoops of ON 100% Whey in about 6oz of milk and 4oz of water just to be different. (I normally stay away from cow's milk because it gives me gas.)

I can't stand ON in water but in milk it is not bad at all.
