Is Bodybuilding.com going to provide coverage of the World Master's championships? They have done a great job so far with their live streams. Good luck with the rest of your prep, i hope you can take this one.

everybody looks good a month away....

as I've said, It only mattters on game day...not weeks out, not on Friday night, not the day after or at your photo shoot.

God bless Vince, as he is one of the all time greats...He hasn't indicated he is entering or not, but I welcome the chance to compete against him (and anyone else who shows up)

I can only bring my A -game, and let the judges decide who's best...as the great saying goes:

"THERE IS NO DEFENSE IN BODYBUILDING"

Your show is great. I like watching it before I go lift to help get me pumped up to go. It's also great to see someone from Rochester making something of themselves. I love the site and I love the show. Keep up the good work and I know you're gonna kick some butt in this show.
