    Commuting = Enough Cardio?

    If i cycle to and from school for about a total of 30 mins each day (20 of vigorous cycling) , 5 days a week is this enough cardio in total? It gets my heart going and all? Apart from this I do some other activities whenever I can such as plyometrics and dance but not always, is the cycling enough otherwise?

    Do you not perspire? Personally I don't like being in public if I'm drenched in sweat.

    That being said, cardio is cardio. If you're pushing yourself, and your heart rate is elevated, it's great for your body, and burning fat.
