suggestions that reduce fatigue while working out?

hey guys
want some recommendations as to supplements or techniques that will stop my muscles, especially my chest and shoulders fatiguing so quickly. i've been mixing things up and trying new things but basically after 3 reps eg on the bench press i can barely lift a light weight if i try and target the chest area again doing a different exercise.

Thanks guys

all depends on his goals, if he wanted mass, then no. that many reps, are show to cause an extrem build up of lactic acid

Bulking at this stage, everything else is coming along great except for chest and shoulders

okay what i try and do for my chest

(i mix this up regualrly, this is what i did this week)

bench press 4 sets 12,8,6,4 reps
incline bench 4 sets 10,8,6,4 reps
decline bench 4 sets 10,8,6,4 reps
flies 4 sets 12,8,6,4 reps

but what i am finding is no matter what order i do them in, after doing for example the 4 reps of bench, my chest just doesn't have it in it to keep going, even if i drop the weight considerably when i move onto the other exercises
