    Using wraps for deadlifts

    i cant manage to hold on to >100kg for more than 3-4 reps before my grip\fingers give out. do you people have this problem?

    Your grip will most likely fail as well as forearms before your lower back, its a good idea to use straps but to also start doing farmers walk for forearm strength and grip.

    Use grips on your heaviest sets. On your lighter sets, don't use straps so your grip can become stronger.
