My gym will not let me use the TIRE any ideas how to convince them to let me use it
So iver really been getting into powerlifting/strongman training and i really want to use the tire which weights somewhere from 200-400lbs not to sure for GPP/cardio
any ideas on how i can get them to let me use it
when i asked they said no not without a personal trainer because we are afriad you will get hurt

sign a waiver/contract saying if you get hurt you won't sue, etc.

A buddy of mine's got a tire for free, he just went to a car repair place and asked if they had any big tires that they were willing to give away. btw even if i could get a tire for free there aren't any parks near by and it's not like i can just go downstairs on the sidewalk...

best bet would be going to a garage and get them used tires . but as you said you have nowhere to flip them .. tough one

talk to one of the trainers today and he would let me use but it's not his and also it is not crunch equipment and it's not suppose to be in the gym
he said if i talk to the owner of it i might have a chance if not i need a PT to be with me
