Guys I reall really need your help

I just bought an xertube resistance band (blue-really strong) and I was wondering if anyone can please give me a wks schedule of workouts i can do like a schedule for each day. Im really lost and I dont really know what im doing. My parents wont let me lift weights. I am willing to do push ups and situps also. Please someone give me some help with this.

its hard to train without weights, try improvising. this might sound stupid but try pushing your car up and down the street, wall sits, pushups and a mean core routing is good, diamond pushups for your tris. curl a bag with a lot of books.and eat a lot. im pretty sure you wont get bitg, but you wil be in shape
