I had better luck with Sci-Fit Hoodia than Now concentrate. Neither products really worked for me. Yerba Mate is caffeinated, it's a stim product in my opinion. The best non-stim appetite suppressant I've used is 5-HTP + 1-2g DL-Phenylalanine. It really helps with carb cravings.

I used Subdue by Syntrax, that stuff is good. I also used NOW mega hoodia, I liked that as well too. If you got the money USe them both, I did. It worked great for me.

Yes, I am one of those few people that are pro-Fizogen. lol. I've been on and off their supps. for almost 2 years now and I love them. They are just overpriced, but they work really well.

The only product I support is Thermoshred. All of their other products are overhyped and poorly made.
