Would you recommend me adding them to my biceps/back workout (if you want to see it, let me know)?
I tried doing some research on it but I really didn't find much. All I heard was that you shouldn't do them and they can really **** you up if you don't do them right.
Does anyone do them or could explain how they're done? I'm interested because I want to try something different for my biceps routine and they sounded effective.

If you are gonna cheat on any exercise, make sure it is just the last few reps, not every single rep of every sigle workout, like most (sorry, I have to say it..) TEENS!
(and here we go with the preaching....)
To cheat effectivly and safely is an advanced technique, IMO. It should be done to further exhaust the muscles, not to hoise super heavy weights. Are we bodybuilders or weight-lifters?
At 16, focus on form. I only started incorperating cheats within the last year or two and I have been at this now since I was 13 or 14.

Even better, if your program is set up properly you'll be making respectable gains in strength without having to compromise your form which in my opinion is asking for trouble.

CHEATING???? at 16?????????
insanity......there should be no reason to cheat whatsoever....
in fact, I am going to go on a limb here: I am willing to bet, at your age, that if you are doing 10 reps with 80 pounds in a curl, YOU ARE ALREADY CHEATING!!!
that's right: I am saying that you probably cannot do 10 reps PROPERLY with 80 pounds right now.....
my guess, going by all of the weights you have listed, is that your form is horrendous on all of them.......
what you need, is someone very experienced to actually watch you lift!
and if they were to totally correct your form, of which I will bet the house, is terrible, then you might find all of those weights PLUNGING lower and you will have no need whatsoever to cheat.
