LOL poor guy... I wasn't always the greatest when it came to reading lines or rehearsing things, but I was good at public speaking when it wasn't forced. Phil definitely sounds awkward but I still love the guy (no homo)

I like to start biceps with a good isolation movements like preacer curls. Gets the blood flowing good and helps loosen up the old joints.
But yeah, I dont think that was his routine. Nevertheless, I thought the video was pretty funny. Phil is a great guy, just funny to see him act.

Heath has proved that he's a quick learner. Remember, even though Arnold is not the best actor in the world, his early roles in Hercules From New York and Conan were absolutely horrible. I would wager Phil is capable of being a lot better given some practice.

So sorry to try to bring some humor to the board. Funny, even in a harmless thread like this some idiot manages to find a way to be an a$$ and turn it into something it is not. Read the OP, the reason I find it humorous is because if you have seen Phils DVD or any training clips with him in the gym you know he is great with them. Yet he wasn't very good when forced to follow a script. Thats all not a knock on Phil at all, just an observation that I found funny so quit being a baby.
. This is pretty funny. He is great in training videos but not so much when he has lines to follow.
