Tonight I broke a PR squatting, and I'm jacked about it!
Tonight was my first day using Derek Charlebois's TriPhase routine as I have come to the realization that there are people out there that know a lot more than me about Hypertrophy...
Squat routine below:

135lbs x 12
185lbs x 8
225lbs x 6
275lbs x 10
295lbs x 10
315lbs x 10

Nice thing about this PR, is that I was the guy I was training with tonight is one of the Power Lifters at my the gym and a couple of the other guys there are also part of the Power Lifting crew that trains when I do.
These guys won't give me an inch if my ass isn't below parallel. I will not claim to be an ATG squatter, as much I try, but if I can get below parallel, I'm pleased!______________________

Yes, 315 x 10 is my PR. I haven't done a 1 RM on squats in a couple of years. A couple of years ago I did 455 for 1.Originally Posted by -=FLEX=-
I try to hit below parallel for each rep. I won't claim to be an ATG squatter but I do my best. The group of guys I train with are all competitive Power Lifters, so if it's not below parallel, it doesn't count.
I will say that on that set of 10, rep #8 was a bit high according to my "side judge" who was watching the depth...______________________
