I am needed some insight on when to do powerlift moves...
I do a 3 day a week routine...
I would like to add... Dead Lifts, Hanging Cleans, stiff leg deads... thanks.
Liftin example, when to add those????
Mon chest/bis
Tuesday cardio/abs/obliques
Weds shoulders/back
Thurs cardio/abs/obliques
Friday Legs/Tri
Sat cardio/abs/obliques
