Hey, just got a letter from customs regarding issues about:

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein, 10Lbs., Gold Standard Chocolate

Anyway to cut a long story short I recived my order of creatine fine but this product has a problem. I have 30 days to provide a full list of ingredients in this product so that the quarantine risk can be assessed.

I know many people have ordered this product from here and just wondering how many of you have had this problem as I can't believe it.

I have contacted bb.com and ON directly so I'm waiting for each reply. Hopefully this all gets sorted out very soon.

When my creatine and free shaker bottle arrived, inside was a letter saying that they wanted the full list of ingredients.

Did you get this? Or did it just take ages to eventually get there?

All customs wants to do is check whether there's more than 10% egg protein. Just copy/ paste the ingredients, email them, and you'll get it soon

The goods recieved in your parcel have no ingredients list/s for the enzyme contained in the product.
1. Provide written documentation from the manufacturer of the product giving a full list of ingredients in English, so that their quarantine risk can be assessed.

Now I have emailed both bb.com and ON directly but no reply each as of yet, it has only been just over 2 hours now so I'll check tomorrow morning. But hopefully I can get this done in time, I have about 23 days left before they destroy it.

mate that sucks, i have heard of people having it kept from them for like 2 months and this was only protein powder.

i just hope my x-factor gets through alright........

and mine took 33 days to eventually get here... I just dont understand customs some times... this product must been been passed a very high number of times and yet they still manage to stop mine when others have been checked and passed...
