Universal Real Gains
I am checking out the product information on the store section of this website. And I see that they say that the serving size is 3 1/2 cups, with 610 calories and 52g protein per serving. I find this awesome and perfect for me. Then I scroll down to the other information and see they recommend, on the label of the product itself, to take about half of the dosage recommended, because of the high potency of this supplement. Does anyone here understand why they would suggest this? And would I be doing something stupid, if I were to take the 3.5 serving size, 1) in between meals and lastly 2) right before bed (as they also recommended). Or should I take the 1.25 serving size at each point between meals and right before bed.
Thanks in advanced to whomever can clearly assist me with this topic.

Just take one a day and take it right after you workout, 3.5Scoops.
You gettting enough calories in with food right?
Im on a gainer as well but its prolab and I take it once day after I lift, and in 50days I gained about 10lbs and still have a low bf% as you can tell by the avatar.

Self Aware
That's the thing. I am outside the U.S on an extended vacation with my parents and the prices here for things are steep. I mean, I always have food in the house, but if I eat through the chicken like I want to, I would put them in debt lol. So, the weight gainer is my only way of adding on weight. I am 5'7" and 125lbs. I am trying to bulk to about 145. I am trying to do a clean bulk, but I am on a Caribbean island, so there food is fattening. I have to get about 2500 cals/day to gain my mass. But I am taking a protein shake that I take before and after I work out, that adds up to 1010 calories per serving. Do you think the 1 serving of the weight gainer is enough for a small guy like me?

Just want to point out that half of 3.5 is not 1.25.
By the way, use whatever amount you need to fit the goals that you have estrablished. If you have 600 calories planned for your pre-bed meal, then use enough to equal 600 calories. Alternatively, use as much as it takes to get as much protein, carbs, fat, as you are wanting. Pretty simple really.
