Hi, trying to look for a gym with relatively helpful folks in Phoenix that doesn't require a full year contract. I'd like a powerlifting gym so guys can help me out with some training plans and really to critique and fix my form.
I've been trying to get stronger for about a year now and have developed my shoulder injuries pretty well. :P
Ultimately I just want to be stronger and compete in some meets, don't want to really win, just compete and constantly improve my strength.

there are a few guys AZ that i know have garage setups.
