1 month Transformation
My first post!!!!
Any advice to help in my transformation would be appreciated. I take Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, but have also ordered 100% whey. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week depending on my recovery time.
Monday - Chest, Biceps, Forearms
Wednesday - Shoulders, Triceps, Legs
Thursday - Back, Traps
Friday - Short workout with a mixture of exercises
Unsure of my current calorie intake but im guessing it's around 3000 a day.
Also would a 10% BF % be accurate for my current photo?

Awesome job so far bro! Definitly see some solid lean mass growing now. I would guess your bf around 13% right now. Keep at it man.

Yeah my upper body fat is much higher than my lower body though. Haha i've gotta start working on my chicken legs once i start making larger gains.

my chest looks barely different from 3 months ago when i started to workout

3 x 12,10,8 incline barbell press
3 x 12,10,8 dumbbell bench press
3 x 12,10,8 dumbbell incline bench press
Then 3 sets of high rep, heavy weight, workout to failure on any of the chest macines at the gym.
Going from a poor diet and no workouts, to a balanced/bulking diet and using weights has caused the biggest change though.

serious mass really helps get the calories you need.

Yeah serious mass is real great for hardgainers. The 100% whey arrived today aswell, so hopefully I'll be able to get at least 150gms of protein a day now.

I would do try this workout
mon chest,shoulders, triceps
tues back & biceps
wed legs
thurs off
repeat
