Michael Elias Training Program Information
MY DS BABY T - Thanks UHOCKEY
Notes: This Program was designed to build muscle while keeping fat gain to a minimum. Ive just completed a 4 week testing of Basic Cuts and lost several inches plus 4 pounds & over 2% in BF. I am at my body's set point right now at 139 pounds, My body is very happy at this weight. After this 12 week muscle building program I will then do a cutting program.
This program that you will witness was designed especially for me, my body type, my health issues ( low thyroid), my goals and will not benefit anyone else. My meals and training have been designed for me and I will follow them exactly. Thank you Michael Elias !
Let's see what can happen to the human body when you combine vigourous training, Scientific meal planning and Quality supplements by Designer Supplements. I am out to prove that anyone at any age can get the body image that they desire with hard work and dedication and lets not forget a wonderful support system.
I would like to thank UHOCKEY for believing in me so much that he gave me Melting Point out of his own private stash!!!!! I dont know any other Reps that would do this! If so please let the freebies begin! LOL.
In the next few posts you will be given my STATS , BEFORE PICTURES, TRAINING SPLIT.

Just by the very nature of my job I see a lot of people and know them by their age (Example: Ms. S is a 55yo caucasian female.)
With that said.......you do not look a day over 35 and even that is pushing it. Whatever you've been doing, congrats. My place in here at bb.com is as a fitness enthusiast and recommendations do not represent medical advice. Please consult your examining physician for all medical concerns.

DAY 1 March 13 2006
Notes: I had a great workout, I did not have to beat up anybody to use any of the equipment as busy as it was because most people were doing chest today. I took 2 doses of Melting Point and Basic Cuts, today being day 1, I dont think I felt anything from the Melting Point which I think is normal, But of course the Basic Cuts gave me great workout energy as usual. I can say Im very tired from this workout! And I have a feeling that I will not be walking so well tomorrow I sure noticed a difference in my meals as this is more food than Im used to and it was kinda hard to eat it all but I did, I feel fat now! I drank about 2 gallons of water today!!!!!! I used my BCAA's during my workout, I have to disguise it as we are only allowed water on the workout floor So today I feel went very well!
