DAY 5 March 17 2006
Notes: I had a great day. My workout went very well, even though I get a little nervous with dumbells because of my shoulder and my stability. I was able to do 2 more hanging leg raises for each of the 3 sets, which made me very happy! I am able to lift legs clear up to my chest, I hope this is right!
I really enjoyed my dinner tonight Although I had a little snafu! I opened a can of black beans and drained them and believe it or not there were only like 12 beans in the bottom of the can!!!!!!!!!! Good thing I had a backup!!!
I still have no side effects from the Melting Point Next week I will go to the full 3 doses a day. I am doing a little preventative maintenance though taking the potassium, magnesium already.

I hope those weren't kroger beans. Kroger never lets me down!

DAY 6 March 18 2006
OFF DAY FOR WORKOUT
Notes: I really enjoyed my menu today that breakfast was awesome!!!! I just did stuff around the house and gave my puppies both a bath, and I got a free bath too I took care of alot of loose ends today, I hate paper work.
My program is working well, I love it! Im sure its a combinations of supps and workouts and eating great though, would never be able to pinpoint exactly.
Im am very seriously considering of entering the IMPC this year, Actually I already said I would. I need long term motivation and the support system I have in place is awesome.
I have not had any side effects from the Melting Point yet. Today's meals though with the fat free swiss cheese , Holy cow look at the sodium in that stuff!!!! SO im expecting to weigh more in the morning from water, But who knows maybe the extra dose of potassium will help me, we will see.
Im excited to start taking 3 Melting Point doses on Monday!!!!! Almost to week 2!!!!! I cant really explain how this new program has effected my brain, I feel like I have alot more self esteem, better attitude, and I actually have goals!!!!! With all that said, thanks for reading my log and carry on

ALWAYS room for improvement, for sure.
A lot of people don't feel much from AMP......I feel bad for them, because I love the stuff.
If you're bored sometime try a couple AMP and 1 BC.My place in here at bb.com is as a fitness enthusiast and recommendations do not represent medical advice. Please consult your examining physician for all medical concerns.

DAY 7 March 19 2006
Notes: I had what seemed like a long day. I had some problems with running to the bathroom alot and was afraid I would not be able to go workout, But I just waited it out and went. Im sure I know what caused this too- Too much magnesium the day before, so I skipped it all together today, will go back to 2 doses
I had a good workout, but I really suck at these Smith machine Rows, I could not get my form down right and got very frustrated Next time I will lower the weight and worry about proper form first. I am used to doing seated rows and can do 80 pounds, this exercise is ALOT different
I had a real test tonight Viper decided it was popcorn time when Sopranos came on and I said NO!!!! And he said YES!!!! and I said, well go ahead if you want to but im not eating any!!! That smell was heavenly and for one second I thought of having just a few pieces, But I controlled myself! He ate the whole darn bag!!!! He tried to use the " but you get one cheat meal" on me and I said popcorn is not meal! I did not really take a cheat meal this week, the pizza I had Friday had a little more fat in it than the one I was supposed to get, but couldnt find, so I call that my cheat.
My workout did go well though and I did manage to get even more reps at Hanging Leg Raises too, so that I am very happy about.
I am not having any side effects yet from the Melting Point, I am moving up to 3 doses tomorrow and continuing that through the next 11 weeks.
I tried AMP this morning, took 2 pills.......Felt absolutley nothing so later I took my reliable Basic Cuts and again it did not fail me, even after using it now for 6 weeks, everyday!!!!!!

Way to go on willpower! Sounds like you had a great workout despite the new exercise. I'm sure you'll do great on it next time, don't sweat it! Interesting about the AMP and how Basic Cuts has been so successful for you all this time. I've not tried it yet but would like to in the future. If it did work for me, it is defintitely more economical, especially if you use it often.

WEEK 2 DAY 8 March 20 2006
Notes: Another day......another pound of muscle I WISH! I had a very busy day doing lots of things around the house like laundry and ironing, general cleaning etc, I did not sit much today, I even stood up while playing internet today cause lucky me has a laptop in the laundry room
Today I started Creatine ( CEE ) Ive always been curious about its effects and now I will finally find out! But I have it in bulk powder and this stuff is horrid!!!!! I mixed it with fruit 20 and it was still bitter. Viperspit eats it right off the spoon
I tried 2 basic cuts with 2 AMP, NO GO!!!! I didnt even feel the AMP again!!!!! That stuff just doesnt effect me at all.
Today was the first day for 3 Melting Point Im excited to see what it will do over the course of the full 12 weeks, I may even bump it to 4 a day if I have no side effects, Pending Uhockey's seal of approval that is
Overall I had a really great day!!!! I was definately starving and ready for dinner after my leg workout, almost ready to eat frozen food!!!!

I will be interested to see how the Creatine works for you. I have heard it can cause alot of water retention and bloating in women.
And thanks for the tip on the pancakes, I almost bought some the other day but wondered if they actually tasted good or not. I'm going to try them.
Your workout routines are looking great! I'm going to keep and eye on them to get ideas for some new exercises to try. I am embarassed to say that I have no idea what a hanging leg raise is, but I am gonna go look it up!

If you wish to push the MP to 4 caps that is your choice, but in someone your size that may be enough for cramping, and you'll have to pick up a new bottle before the 12 weeks is up. As for CEE? All I know is Xceed.

Xceed is fine for women. My advice, to make it last, is to take 1 scoop a day pre-workout and then 3g of nasty old CEE post workout. You get about 51-53 scoops per jar depending (even though the label says only 45)
