OFF WORKOUT DAY
Notes: Today I wanted to workout so bad but it was an off day I actually really look forward to workouts now with the addition of XCEED . I just love the pumps and extra strength.
I ran around doing some shopping for IMPC- Backdrop etc. Im getting to it soon enough!
Viperspit told me today that he slipped EME some extra cash to make me FAT!!!!!!!! Oh how funny!!!!! But I know better
Im not even sore from Sundays workout which suprises me alot seeing how I upped the weight on DB rows, Must be the Xtend.
Last night was very exciting for me as I had a special visitor in my log at BB.com, Kendra Elias took the time to come and say Hi and as busy as she is I found that very exciting that she took the time to do so, It really made me feel great She is a great inspiration to me and many others as well, Thank the lord above I have her trainer
I still have no side effects from Melting Point No water retention either!!!!!! I just might up it a notch to 5 caps a day next Monday- Uhockey???? 40 ???? Tell me what you think.
But I know when the weather finally gets nice here I will be outside alot and prolly burning up an extra 500 calories a day, I may have to up my calories at that point But I will let EME decide that. Our property is certified by the National Wildlife Federation so I do alot of things outdoors for wildlife, build bird houses, provide food for birds and squirrels, and unfortunatley skunks and ground hogs that wander in the night. And provide water and places to raise their young. Right now all the birds are busy building their nests so I know nice weather is coming!!!!!!

News Flash
Im sitting here today feeling like an old dogs toy, wondering why do I feel like doggy doo doo?
Then I look at my log to see what my iron has been, with the food and multi I take its on average 22 grams a day, im supposed get 15 at least, so then I realize its my TOM and I need alot more, so for 7 days out of each month I will take a iron supplement to make this time not so hard on my body and my energy! I feel so out of it right now im not sure if im working out tonight I think I may take a nap.

Notes: WOW, had a great workout and afterwards felt like someone beat me! I made some real gains tonight, im playing with the big boys now Check out those Barbell Curls!!!!!! I am the HULK BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am going to stay on 4 caps of Melting Point as Uhockey suggested, seeing how I will be taking this longer than anyone ever has, Im continuing using Melting Point, XCEED,Basic Cuts for the next 7 months! So I think Uhockey is right, stay at 4 caps even though I have no side effects I dont want to push it, Certainly dont want to lose muscle mass over it!
XCEED, What can I say, its power in a jar! I love the pumps I got today on arm day. I will be looking for a sale on this product as I need alot of it for 7 months.

I felt like crap earlier and almost blew off my workout, But then I took an Iron supplement and in about 2 hours felt great, Im having TOM and need extra iron so from now on ill add that for 7 days out of the month to keep this from happening again.

NO WORKOUT DAY
Notes: Today was a pretty boring day!!!!!! I didnt get a whole lotta nothing done around here. Had to go take back my Son's friend, so now I can take pictures for IMPC tomorrow unless we have a tornado or something
Ive added a chart today to show water weight since the beginning, As you will see its pretty good. Im feeling pretty sore and beat up today from the intense workouts, I sure did like NOT working out today.
Im hoping to get to bed early, But seeing how Viperspit tricked me earlier Im not sure, He said lets go watch a movie ( 6:20) Next thing I know Im waking up at 8 pm!!!!!! I must have needed the sleep though, too much comotion going on here lately at night.
