i started doing rack pulls in place of deadlifts today. deadlifts always seemed ackward for me (maybe its because im 6'4''), my knees always get in the way and it throws off my form. my question is, the lowest notches for the safty bars on the powerrack at my gym are about 1'' ABOVE my knee; is this too high to be effective? (i'm trying to hit mostly my lower back and traps, not too concerned with legs).
