Hello everyone. My name is Chad and I've been selected to a 30 day product test for Controlled Labs testing out the product White Blood http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=712725 White Blood is typically taken 45-60 pre-workout however in addition to the normal dosage I will be taking another dosage at bed time. The theory is that there could be substantial benefits in taking a NO2 product before bed.
I'm 22 years old. I'm currently 175lbs and 5'9.5'' Played sports my whole life. I've been weight training for 4-5 years off and on. For the bulk of this I was young and uninformed so there were plenty of things I was doing wrong, mainly a poor diet. Only until I found BB.com did I start getting serious about getting into shape and straitening out my diet. I work at a hospital 3rd shift so I will do all my updates for this log at night. This is also why you will notice all my weird workout times and eating times (breakfast at 7pm, etc)
I've recently just finished up my first cut. Everything went well and achieved the goals I set out.
My near future goals are to add 1-2 lbs of muscle per week and to do it eating as clean as possible. I'd like to get back up to around 190 while maintaining a low(er) BF%. From all the research I've done 1-2 pounds per week is achievable but it may take me a week or two to get the ball rolling since I'm coming from a cutting diet so it might take a little fine tuning to figure out where I need to be with my diet and calories.
I will be doing 40/40/20 protein, carbs, fats. The plan is to settle in somewhere between 3500-5000 calories a day during the bulk. Like I said it might take a week or two (maybe longer) to get it tweaked to where I need to be.
This is a rough draft of the foods I'll be eating during the bulk give or take anything I forgot.
Bob's Red Mill Steel cut oats
Eggs whole (usually Large)
Skim Milk may jump up to 2% we'll see
Whole wheat bread
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Veggies (broccoli, green beans, etc.)
Fruits (apples and bananas)
Smuckers Natural PB
1.5 - 2 gallons of water

Fish Body pills
AST 32x Multivitamin
Flax oil pills
Prima Force Lean Green tea extract
White Blood (pre-workout and before bed)
Prima force Bulk CEE(post-workout)
Wed: off or a light cardio day for the sake of staying in shape
My typical daily schedule will go something like this:
6pm wake up WB+GB (5 GB and 3 WB)
7pm whey/carbs 2 fish-body pills, 1 flax oil pill, 1 multivitamin
8:30pm Post-workout whey/Now dextrose/carbs/1 serving bulk CEE
10:00pm Primaforce Lean Green tea extract
10:30pm eggs/whole wheat toast/milk
12:30am Primaforce Lean Green tea extract
1:00am Chicken breast/brown rice/veggies
4:00am Tuna/Veggies 2 fish body pills, 1 flax oil pill
7:00am Milk/cottage cheese/PB 2 fish body pills, 1 flax pill, 1 multivitamin
8:30am White Blood (3 pills)
8:30am - 9am BED
As I said I have a 3rd shift job so I spend a lot of time on the site at night. I will do my best to provide updates and answer any questions you may have.
Tomorrow is day one and I'm pretty exited. I will get an officialy weight tomorrow as well when starting. I'll also get my pics posted tomorrow.
