A creatine question.........

I was wondering about buying a good creatine product but i am short on cash because I just bought a 5 lb bottle of protein yesterday and I was just wondering what is better creatine monohydrate or creatine ethyl easter? and most important of all I was wondering is it really neseccary to buy an expensive creatine like sizeon or something or should I buy a cheap bottle of creatine monohydrate and will I get simlar results?

Monohydrate is the only scientifically backed form of creatine, but is known to bloat in some people. Ethyl ester has some great anecdotal feedback. Personally, I would buy a small tub of monohydrate to see how it works and if it doesn't you aren't out of a lot of money. After that I would consider CEE. In all honesty, I have had better results from mono.

If you want something that is better than then straight powder I'd recommend EAS Phos****en HP. It is a great monohydrate based creatine for the price and tastes decent too.

Don't be impatient and buy from untrustworthy sources like GNC. Buy direct, online. Primaforce CEE TWO MONTHS SUPPLY for 20 dollars! That's what I'm using now and it's worlds apart from mono. I was a mono responder and I still prefer CEE so much that I'd NEVER go back to regular mono. With CEE there is NO bloat, NO loading, NO cycling and a more potent dose making the doses half the size you'd be taking of mono. Go with cee.

Primaforce cee 20 dollars for two month supply
blk nut cee 30 dollars for eight month supply, no cycling!

Bulk CEE is cheap and effective, but there are creatines that are so much more then just CEE. If money is not an issue you can look into Xceed, SizeOn. These are both getting great reviews. But if money an issue then CEE will work fine.

Agree with most on here. Get some bulk CEE. I just ordered some PrimaForce CEE and I really like it. Tast like total shi* so I am warning you now, but you can't beat the price.

CEE does taste like crap but if you get some of the capped ones its not bad since you can't taste it.
