i always thought it was the opposite. when im in the malls its the white women shoppers that walk slow. seriously pisses me off especially when they are lined up across the whole walkway taking their time talking about whatever bs they talk about

It might just be a teenager thing. Emos walk slow as hell too. Most people in their 20s and up have places to go.

Never noticed that about blacks. I've noticed it about asians though. A lot of them walk slow, and they always manage to block hallways, stairs, and escalators by walking next to each other in a group.
