    Exclamation How to increase stamina?

    Hey guys is there anyway you can increase stamina, i want/have lose weight & cut body fat from 20% to 10% and most people have advised me that cardio+diet is the way to go. I have really bad stamina and wanted to know if anybody can help me fix that ?

    Swimming, Sprints, Jumping rope be consistent, always push yourself harder than your previous workout if you do the same thing over and over you'll get the same results, drink alotof water and eat clean and you should see results

    yeah just keep doing it that's the only way to are going to feel like **** everyday I'm not going to lie to you and this is why there are so many people that leave the gym after new years they go to the gym in hopes of getting a new body and try to do a crash course than they don't feel like going back keep motivated and run everyday no matter how far just push for farther and farther.
