MACHED's Official Precontest Thread 2008

God willing, and barring any injuries of course, I'll be entering the OCB Iron City Classic May 17, 2008 (Pittsburgh, PA), which is a drug-tested natural competition. I will include any prep information here from now on. (I'll link this thread in the other progress threads that I have already started)

I will be under the direct supervision of Mr. Layne Norton himself (str8flexed) during my 13 week prep. I can't say how excited I am to be part of "Team Norton"! I'll do my best to try and follow this guys advice to a T.....and see where it gets me!

I guess I'll provide a general recap.

I started my cut (on my own) at the beginning of December 2007. I weighed around 265-270. Here's some photos:

So, sticking to the diet plan that I made on my own, I managed to cut down slowly to around 250 by the beginning of February. There's some noticable difference, but I still had a long way to go. Here's some photos:
