    Is drinking 3 cups of milk a day too much?

    I've been taking weight gainer shakes...3 a day and have them all in a cup of milk.

    Recently i've had red blotches, almost like wind burns on my cheeks to the side of my nose. I've tried creams that aren't helping to clear it up.

    It could be my havoc/bold cycle, but I'm wondering if it could be the increase in milk. I've normally only drank about a cup a day.

    What kind of affect would drinking too much milk have on your skin?

    Just want to make sure, but you are only drinking 3cups, aka 750mL aka 24fl.oz right?
    There is nothing wrong there, at all, it is not beyond average to consume a litre or more of milk a day.

    Unless you are lactose intolerant, drink up! Whole, 2%, skim, whatever. Just watch the fat/calorie content of whole milk if you choose to drink it. Factor milk into your macros because it has enough to make an impact.

    Milk is a very important part of your diet, wether bulking or cutting. Drink lots, and stick to 1% or skim.

    Personally I can't choke down protein shakes with water, so I use milk

    I drink about 5 to 6 cups a day. (I have two to three shakes a day and each shake contains 2 cups of milk each.) I use up two gallons of milk in about 5-6 days.
    Life is just a lift away, hop on and give it a push. Trust me, In the end, It'll pay off.

    mmmm... milk. A gallon every 3 days here. Great while bulking/cutting as long as you don't have allergies and get dairy bloat from it.
